If you’re getting in married this spring, you probably have your venue, officiant, caterer, cake, dress, band….. so now it’s time to think about wedding day beauty.
This hairstyle is so positively sexy and sleek, all in one. It’s not sex kitten curls, but you don’t want that on your wedding [day, that is], do you? You want something that’s feminine yet sophisticated. If an updo isn’t for you, this look is perfect. Perfectly vintage yet current, perfectly feminine yet not too frou-frou. Perfectly easy to DIY.

I do this ‘do anytime I need to feel especially sexy yet refined. It’s so tremendously easy, but it looks hard! I’m including a simple DIY picture tutorial I found on dear Pinterest, but it’s as easy as this:
1. curl hair in medium-thick sections in the same way (all towards your face or all away from your face)
2. pin curls to head, if your hair doesn’t cling to curl (I’m lucky that way!)
3. spray with hairspray
4. brush through, making sure to smooth the curls into waves, without brushing out the curl
5. spray again!
